Delivery

All orders to a New Zealand address are freight free for orders over $100.
Items damaged in transport are replaced without charge., but!!
Important : Please check the contents of each package for damage within 24 hours of receipt.  Claims made after this period cannot be insured by us and are therefore the responsibility of the receiver.
 
Overseas orders will be charged freight less the GST refund and the cost is shown at the checkout. 
Our price does not include any overseas Customs or Tax charges.

When your order is received an email confirming this will be sent to you.  Your order will be packed and when payment is confirmed the order will be dispatched by courier for orders under 0.125cubic meters and by carrier for larger orders.   The order is tracked and if you have any concerns regarding delivery we will be pleased to assist you.

We aim to have the order in your hands within seven days of the order being placed.

If an item is temporarily out of stock we will advise you and you can either leave it on back order or have your money refunded.

Please note that some of the high quality exterior lights are made to order and this takes up to ten working days.

 

Our Guarantee

All lights and products are guaranteed for a minimum of one year from the date of delivery.   If you have a problem,contact us and we will advise where to return the fitting for repair or replacement.
High quality downlights have a five year warranty.
This guarantee is not extended to bulbs (lamps).    The Hunza stainless and copper lights are guaranteed for 10 years.

Please note that the warranty is not transferable

All the fittings sold on this site are from reputable manufacturers or importers and comply with the New Zealand and Australian Regulations and Electrical Safety Standards and have all the necessary regulatory approvals and/or declarations.

 

Returns

If you find that the fittings are as ordered but you have changed your mind, notify us within fourteen days and return the product to us.   When it is received in good condition and in its original packaging we will refund the purchase price.
There is no restocking fee but the purchaser will need to arrange the return shipment.
 

 

Security of Transactions

To ensure the security of your credit card details when you make a payment you are transferred to a secure page on the ANZ Bank's website which is hosted by ANZegate.

This is a secure site, and your credit card details are kept within the banking environment and we have no access to them.  Although this means another step in the order procedure we think it is well worth while as the chance of the banks site being ripped off is very low.

If we receive your credit card details by phone all record of the numbers are destroyed immediately after the transaction is completed.

We are advised when payment has been made and we then make delivery.

Privacy Policy

NZ Lighting Systems Ltd collects only the personal information that is required to enable a transaction to be completed.   This information is kept securely and will not be passed on to any third party unless we are legally obliged to do so.
Only sufficient information is released to the courier or carrier to enable them to make the delivery.
