The NZ Electrical Code of Practice published by Work Safe NZ (NZ Govt) has regulations covering the light fittings that can be installed in bathrooms.  Follow this link for a simple breakdown of the requirements. 
All of these lights are suitable for Zone 3 - more than 600mm from shower door or bath.  Less than this distance the light is required to be splashproof, and rated IP44.  These lights have IP44 in the title.
